Receiving Limits: 400 Messages/10 Minutes

Our platform limits and does not allow users to receive more than 400 emails within a 10-minute period.

This prevents users from being spammed or have a DDOS attempt made on their service. It also helps to keep our service stable for our other users who may have been spammed on other mailboxes.

All additional emails will be deferred, and senders can successfully resend their emails after the 10-minute period ends.

  • How many emails can I send each day?

    To ensure a reliable and consistent service we have introduced a fair and easy daily recipient limit for our users. This lets you send emails to a maximum of 10,000 recipients in a 24-hour period. For instance, 100 different emails to 100 recipients Is classed as sending 10,000 emails.

  • Do you have restrictions for receiving emails?

    Yes. We try to fight against spam and DDoS attacks by placing a 400-email receiving limit per 10 minutes to user accounts. Whenever a mailbox receives more than 400 messages during a 10-minute period, the additional messages will be delayed. Normally the sender will try to resend the email, however, after the 10 minutes have passed the email will be successfully sent.

    Mailboxes designed to receive automated emails with a high-volume are more likely to be affected by this limit. This includes, mailboxes designed to get messages from devices or programs that send diagnostic information via email, and systems which generate high volumes of email from services like CRMs and support ticketing systems.

  • Where can I report phishing or spammy messages?

    To report abusive or spam emails we suggest forwarding said email to [email protected]. We partner with anti-abuse specialists to process complaints and make the necessary remediation actions.

  • Is there a maximum file size to send emails?

    Yes. The Maximum size for sending any message, with or without an attached file is 50 MB.

  • How can I deal with delivery issues to your system?

    In the event you notice problems with your deliverability, first ensure that you are not on a blacklist list. By checking External resource pages like Sorbs, Spamhaus or Lashback Unsupscribe Blacklist, you can find a collection of blacklists used by our platform.

    In addition, please check to ensure that you are using legitimate authentication such as: DMARC, DKIM or SPF.
